Unlike most decision-making apps, Choospark is designed to run entirely offline on your mobile device (Android & iOS). We do not operate any cloud servers to store your personal content, and we do not require you to register an account, log in, or provide any identity information.
All of your customized wheels, wheel options, custom weights, roll dice presets, coin flip history, random numbers, and name lists for shuffling are saved directly inside your device's secure local storage (e.g., local SQLite database/SharedPreferences). We have no tech stack that transfers this data onto external servers.
We do not collect, read, transmit, or store any sensitive personal identifiers such as your name, email address, physical location, device phone number, or network IP addresses.
To deliver an uncompromised, privacy-first user experience, Choospark does not integrate any third-party marketing SDKs, trackers, or behavioral analytics software. We do not monitor how often you spin the wheel or what specific choices you make.
Choospark is a completely ad-free application. We offer a Pro Version Upgrade for an optional, one-time purchase ($3.99) to unlock premium functionalities (such as unlimited wheels, weight probabilities, bulk import, and list sorting).
All in-app billing operations are handled directly and securely by the respective operating system platforms:
We do not collect or store your payment card details or financial billing addresses. When you buy Pro, the app receives a secure transaction receipt from Apple or Google to activate the features locally. These payment processes are regulated under Apple's and Google's individual privacy policies.

Because we do not have a server database, we cannot back up or recover your data for you. Once you uninstall the App or clear its local storage cache, any custom lists, histories, or settings will be permanently lost and cannot be retrieved.
Our services do not target or collect data from anyone under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal data or implement trackers, Choospark is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR) guidelines for young users.
